Could someone help me ,users download disappear on my app at the chorme web store, this is a bug????

Dear Developers I have one problem with my app at the chrome web store.

do not appear in my app downloads users, sometimes when the chorme web store  upgrade my app appear but  the next day the user  disappears again?

Then I put a picture

I have 3 apps at the chrome web store, an this is the only app that I have this problem, how I can fix it?

Who among the developers of the Chrome Web Store, Can help me and tell that this error is due and if the temporary or a problem in the Chrome Web Store with my app?
