Change Chrome Extension ownership

Hello there, I developed this chrome extension (https://
chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/jlihdfkofjfdfmbggjggleeomgbipjok?
hc=search&hcp=main), but at the time it was published, I was not able
to create a developer account, so I asked a friend to publish it for
me, and he did.
Is there anyway I can take ownership of the extension, with out
unpublishing the existing one and publishing a new one?
