Red Potassium rejection

I'm trying to get my extension accepted for the first time. Stumbling multiple times upon code "Red Potassium":

"not working 3 free trials"

I think there might be a misunderstanding between the QA team and what I mean by 3 free trials, at least that's my assumption, I'm not getting more detailled information.
