The Issue: I have a Featured Extension that currently ranks #4 (previously #1) in its category:

I also manage two other active extensions (IDs: flkdb..., glajc...).

The Deadlock:

1. I opened Case 6-9693000039656 on Jan 21st.

2. I provided the $5 registration transaction receipt (Credit card ending 7206) as ultimate proof of ownership.

3. After 35 days of silence, support replied saying they cannot process a transfer until I "recover the account" via the automated g.co/recover tool.

4. The Problem: The automated tool only offers the deactivated phone number. It is a total dead loop.

The Risk: My extension is a Featured item. I have critical security updates ready but cannot push them, putting users at risk. My search rank has already dropped from #1 to #4 due to this maintenance lockout.

Request: Can any Googler or community expert help escalate this? I have all financial proof of the developer fee payment. I just need a manual verification or an item transfer to my active verified account clsy...@gmail.com.
