"skipReview" publishing risks?

Hi I noticed that the review process is taking much longer than usual -- so I was considering publishing smaller updates/UI changes through the V2 API and setting the "skipReview" to "TRUE"...
But I am concerned that this may cause unforeseen issues, as I don't see anyone talking about using this method to push updates faster (at least not in this forum).

Has anyone experienced backlash/issues by skipping the review process in this way? Is this a common thing that most of you are using already?

Hi,

There are several eligibility conditions, and this feature largely focuses on users of the Declarative Net Request API: https://developer.chrome.com/docs/webstore/skip-review

If you are making UI changes, I'm afraid you won't be eligible.
