Tab groups API calls are delayed in execution until UI action!

Hi team,

With the recent Chrome release (Windows, Version 145.0.7632.46), tabGroups API is not processed right away and delayed.

Here is a log of me running tabGroup update manually in a service worker. It was not processed until I switched to UI and clicked on the tab group:
