Overriding New tab page in Incognito mode no loger works in Version 145.0.7632.76

I've just received report that my extension is no longer present in "New tab" page when using Incognito mode (extension is allowed in Incognito).

I can still access the extension page through the toolbar icon or by pasting it's URL into addressbar, but the overriding capability is gone - I can actually see it's favicon for a moment before it's changed to incognito icon:

Is this a bug or why was this changed?
