Hey,

as already stated in the title I'd like to know if there's a way to remove an extension review from other users. One of my extensions has been getting more negative reviews, as the users expect it to work on their Tv (and other devices in general), but the extension description explicitly states it will only work on their current device.

The only option the Chrome web store provides is to "mark it as spam or abuse", but that doesn't really fit my needs. It would be great if there was a way to report it in other ways. I'm really sick of people giving the extension negative reviews because they're not able to read the description properly.

This is not possible - reviews cannot be edited, or changed by an extension author. The best you can do is reply to their reviews, explaining it.

This is not CURRENTLY possible, but it ought to be. See Mozilla’s setup for a better answer; among other things, authors have the right to remove requests for technical support from reviews.
