Hi everyone,

I’m looking for honest advice from people who have experience with Chrome extensions, product launches, or user growth.

I recently built a Chrome extension called Todij Playlist Manager.

The idea came from a real problem I had myself: my YouTube playlists became too big and messy. I was saving tutorials, AI videos, coding lessons, research, music, courses, and “watch later” videos, but later I could not easily find what I had saved.

So I created an extension that helps users search, filter, sort, and manage YouTube playlists more seriously.

Some of the main features are:

✅ Search across multiple YouTube playlists
✅ Keyword search and Regex search
✅ Filter by title, channel, upload date, duration, resolution, watched status, rating, etc.
✅ Sort large playlists faster
✅ Copy, move, clone, import, and export playlist items

The extension is already published on the Chrome Web Store, but it has been stuck around 39 installations. I believe the product solves a real problem, but I’m clearly not doing the promotion/distribution part well enough.

Here is the extension for context:

I’m not posting this just to advertise. I would really appreciate practical feedback:

What would you improve first?

The Chrome Web Store listing?
The screenshots?
The title/description?
The landing page?
The demo video?
The target audience?
The launch strategy?

Also, where would you recommend promoting a Chrome extension like this without looking spammy?

I would be very grateful for any honest advice, criticism, or examples from your own experience.

Thank you!
