Can't Pay Initial $5 Chrome Developer Dashboard Fee

Hi there

i saw that a similar issue has been reported 3 years ago here https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!topic/chrome/pkmiFvCypks

a fix has been deployed but i encounter another type of problems.

i created a Chrome developer account, uploaded my extension. and now i want it to be published, but it says that i have to pay the initial $5 fee. it's ok for me to pay but i don't know how ??!!

i don't see any call to action: no button no link, nothing is diplayed in the chrome dashboard. i don't know what happens but it seem to be a bug ? can someone gives me a link to the payment page please ?

i saw in some blog post a button below the dashboard listing. i read in the google doc that this button still shown until the payment has been done... but in my listing page, it's not displayed any where...

Hey Dany,

The Webstore team doesn't have a fix for this just yet. If you're experiencing this issue, please add a comment to crbug.com/652178 stating that you're stuck and we'll try to work on unblocking your account. Please provide as much debugging info in your bug comment as possible.
