Icelandic company - can't verify trader status via Google Payments

Hi Oliver,

Going to the Chrome Web Store developer pages today, I see a new requirement to verify ourselves by attaching a Google Payments profile.

We're an Icelandic company and it does not seem that we can create a Google Payments profile. See screenshots.

What do we do?

Is nobody else worried about this? Maybe we're the only extension developer whose country is not on the list :)

It would be good to at least know:

a) What the timeline is before this becomes mandatory; and

b) Whether there is an alternative to this verification, or whether we'd need to incorporate outside of Iceland to fix.
