Public stats broken today: user count dropped from 648 to 41 and rating shows "No ratings"

Hello,

Since today, the public stats of my extension Screenplay Editor (cgnainjnmiaimmeephomhkhpcjahmfln) are wrong.

The user count went from 648 to 41. The rating shows "0 out of 5 - No ratings", while four 5-star reviews are still displayed on the same page, with their text and dates. The Developer Dashboard shows the same 41 and an empty rating column.

My own server logs show 21 distinct signed-in users on 14 August, 26 on 13 August and 27 on 11 August. Those are authenticated users only, so the real number is higher. A total of 41 users is not possible.

Item status is "Published - public", I have received no policy notice, and my last update was 8 days ago on 6 August. Nothing changed on my end today.

I found an older thread where both the user count and the rating broke at the same time for several developers, so this looks like the same kind of stats issue. One difference in my case: the Developer Dashboard shows the wrong number too, not only the public listing.

Is anyone else seeing this today?

HI team, 

I have the exact issue as Hugo. My installs were around 80K yesterday, now they are around 60K, which is very weird and odd. I also think that's an error, since the trend data for uninstalls aren't aligned with this massive drop-off. Who can help us with this?
