how can I deal with url that contains capital letter in webrequest API

I use webRequest.onBeforeRequest to redirect google.com  according to filter. when I use filter *://*.com/*hello* but when I go to a browser and type Hello with capital letter H doesn't redirect but if hello all letters lower redirect fine

URLs are case-sensitive so specify both variants in the filter.
