Problems downloading samples

This does not seem like a big problem, I thought I should document it
anyways though. I did a quick search and could not find a better place
for feedback, if there is one let me know.

On several occasions I have downloaded the sample chromium extensions
from:
http://code.google.com/chrome/extensions/samples.html

and when I go to decompress the zip file I find that it has not
downloaded the full zip file and it fails to uncompress. The
successful download is several times larger then the failed downloads.
I just attempted to download extension-docs.zip three times before it
worked. Failed downloads had the extension-docs.zip at 4KB and the
successful download was 74KB.

I have had this problem for several weeks now from several different
web connections with several different samples all in google chrome.
Chrome has not had this problem downloading from anywhere else in this
time frame.

There's probably some subtle bug in the way the docs server is proxying the file.  I'll look into it.
