Reinstating extension if trademark violation no longer valid

My extension got a trademark infringement notice in 2023 and it was taken down for 'fr' locale.

But at this time 'sept 2025' the trademark status shows as 'Application opposed', which should mean its not enforceable.

Does that mean I can appeal to get my extension reinstated in affected locale ? 

If yes, how can i do that ?
