Hello,

Firstly, thanks to Simeon & Jackie for being responsive on this group, it's made a big impact on how I've been able to navigate changes and ask about unsure details.

Due to Chrome Store CWS payments coming to end, I have ongoing subscriptions for a chrome extension. I would also like that chrome extension to not be available to new users but just existing installs.

If I were to unpublish & mark as private but also update the package, will existing users be updated?

My extensions egljifoijifbnaknapcnjljhlcahgdjn & opmliiafmgjkgkfadkpomlefdllhajdi were removed because of duplication. I would like to remove one of those from the CWS but update anyone who has it due to running subscriptions.

First, I am not familiar with this part.

From below refs:

unpublish -> mark as private -> republish , then it is private. But 'private' means only domain users or trusted testers(input their email addresses on dashboard or a google group) can use it.

Hello Jackie,

Thanks for the response.
I have unpublished the extension and then tried to push it again under "private" mode.

I will be able to monitor if that means existing users are updated or not.
In the meantime, the main extension is still down under "Pending Review"

This is already causing issues with paying customers not able to access extensions they have paid for.
Is there anything I can do to move this process along?

Henry
