Clarification Regarding Chromium Participation in GSoC 2026

I recently saw the list of accepted organizations for GSoC 2026 and noticed that Chromium does not appear in the published list. I wanted to kindly confirm whether Chromium will be participating this year or if there are any updates regarding involvement in the program.

I have been preparing by learning about Chrome Extensions and exploring the codebase, and I would appreciate any clarification or guidance on how best to proceed.

Hi Enosh,

There is unfortunately no extensions project in Google Summer of Code this year, and my understanding is that Chromium is not participating.
