Installation error "Could not move extension directory into profile."

Hello,

Any ideas how to fix this?

I have a user that has this issue and I'm out of ideas...

Also AI doesn't help.

Apparently "Reset settings" doesn't help.

Does it work on a new profile for the? If so, its a permission issue more than likely. If it still doesn't work in a new profile, then it is likely some kind of antivirus blocking it
