ITEM NOT FOUND under incognito mode

Hi All,

DISCLAIMER: Please do not share the links in public if shared.

I have Chrome Web Store links for two extensions. When accessing the first extension in Incognito mode without signing in, I’m able to view it on the store, but I’m unable to add it (which is expected).

For the second extension, the link shows "ITEM NOT FOUND" when accessed in Incognito mode. However, the extension is visible when I’m signed in to my account.

Could someone help me here?

Let me know if I have to share the links here.

That is the expected behavior if you have an item restricted to trusted testers or to certain regions. If you share the extension IDs, I can check what the current settings are, but I am confident that is why you are seeing this.

The item that is not available in incognito was declared as mature content. We only serve that to accounts that we know are old enough in that region to be allowed mature content, which means we do not show it to incognito
