Chrome Developer Trading Account Queries

Hello,

I have completed building my web extension, and I'm now in the process of getting my extension uploaded to the chrome store. However, I have queries about some details which I have yet to find answers to, therefore I'm hoping someone could answers a few questions I have.

1. My extension is free, but I include a paid subscription (which users pay on my website, not the extension) to get extra features. I'm not a registered business - I'm just the sole developer - Am I still required to register my chrome developer account as a trader?

It really worries me if I do, since I'm aware if you're a trader account your personal address is displayed publicly on the extension listing. I did find virtual address services which provides a business address and redirects all mail to your address, so it wouldn't be public. 

2. Would I be allowed to use this service so everyone can't see my personal address on the listing, but instead a real business address (which all mails gets sent to me)?

The main issue is that I see during registration, they require a "document showing your name and current address" (as shown on the attachment). 

3. Does this have to match the legal address provided? Meaning I'd be required to use my personal address?
