PSA: Test your NativeMessagingHost with Chrome 128

I heard that this change landed in version 128: https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/5630531 "[native_messaging] Asynchronous connection to host process"

In light of the issues some NativeMessagingHosts had with changes in Chrome 113, it seems wise to test with Chrome 128 early and provide feedback.
