unpublished, bumped version, upload, published - still same problem

Tried everything: other computer, other account, connection threw ssh-tunnel, proxy, another os - ubuntu, remove all code, download directly, etc... get errors.

Today i noticed one thing: i tried to login in my account using USA vpn-tunnel and tried to install extension. And it installed successfully.

I tried do direct download from Scalaxy server located in Russia:

wget "https://clients2.google.com/service/update2/crx?response=redirect&x=id%3Dbdgbkcjmnkiehbjphcemljobdjnpbdma%26uc"

I've got: "... ERROR 404: error-unknownApplication."

Also tried from Amazon EC2 Virgina server:

Downloaded successfully.
