Hi,

Is there an option to force an extension to also be installed and enabled in incognito mode via GPO?

Hi Ziv,

We don't allow an extension to be force installed in Incognito mode.

That is briefly documented here which also has the steps for manually enabling an extension if needed: https://support.google.com/chrome/a/answer/13130396

Hope that helps.
