Did you know "registerContentScripts" perists across sessions?

Soooo, using a unique ID when registering content script may have been a mistake...

I blame the docs for not saying anything about it.

Also, does this mean that "activeTab" is enough to permanently get access to a host?

1. There is a `persistAcrossSessions` property in the doc of RegisteredContentScript which decides whether to persist.

2. I think the "activeTab" is not enough for cross browser sessions. It needs host permissions.
