I decided to delve into the development of extensions

I created my first extension for easy viewing of movies and so on

What actually is the question, how in chrome web store is updated information about the extension, in google analytics shows me that the extension is used by about 50 people, but on the page of the extension itself shows that users only 13

Maybe someone knows how to update this information?

Hi,

Welcome to the community!

I'm assuming you're referring to the Google Analytics in the Chrome Web Store. "Users" in this case refers to visitors to your store listing page, and not active users who have installed your extension. Given that, it is expected for them to be two very different numbers.

So it shows visit events and other things, so it should be looked at the chrome extensions page itself, at the moment it shows 28 installations and on the extensions page 23 it already looks like the truth, but at what interval does it update?
