Hi all, are there any examples of dos and don't for conversion tracking when using Google Ads in a browser addon?
My current plan is to send the user back to the origin site for a post-install "thank you" message but that seems both a lil icky and unnecessary. The addon already does fetch an initial payload request (signifying new install) -- is there a way to piggy back on this?
Perhaps it my lack of understanding of what Google Ads "conversion" is -- I understand its some kind of a tracking pixel but I couldn't find a more precise explanation of how to build one.
Any help would be appreciated.
