Long pending review for published extension

Hello, my extension was published successfully some time ago, now I am trying to update it but its pending review for 3 weeks. I was trying to contact support through  form but got only automatic response no one contacted me back. 

Is there a way to make the process faster in the future, and why is it taking so long?
