Published chrome extension failing to download with error: Failed - No file

My extension just got published today, but as I try to add it to chrome, the download failed and I get a Failed - No file error.
Extension id is: ighmbomagjleefmocempojajlbadnkgp
I have tested this unpacked and it is working fine, have also downloaded the crx from my dev console and that has downloaded fine.
What could be the issue here and how do I fix?
