Hello,
I’m having an issue with a Chrome Web Store developer account and would appreciate any advice.
I have two Google accounts:

Account A:
* Already paid the Chrome Web Store developer registration fee
* Has an existing publisher
* In the Developer Dashboard, the left sidebar shows:
* Publisher
* Items
* Settings
* Everything appears normal

Account B:
* Also paid the Chrome Web Store developer registration fee
* Payment appears to have completed successfully
* However, when I open the Developer Dashboard with Account B, the left sidebar does not show:
* Publisher
* Items
* Settings
Instead, Account B only shows a profile-style page, and the top-right area says something like “Select publisher”. There is no existing publisher visible and no normal dashboard sidebar.
For comparison:
* Account A shows the normal sidebar with Publisher / Items / Settings.
* Account B does not show that sidebar even after paying the registration fee.
Important detail:
Before Account B completed the developer registration payment, Account B had been invited as a member/admin to Account A’s existing publisher.
I’m trying to understand:
1. After paying the developer registration fee, should a newly registered account normally show the Developer Dashboard sidebar with Publisher / Items / Settings?
2. Is it normal for a paid developer account to show no Publisher / Items / Settings in the left sidebar?
3. Could being invited to another publisher before completing registration affect the account’s own dashboard or publisher initialization?
4. Is there a safe way to make Account B show the normal developer dashboard without deleting the developer account?
5. If I remove Account B from Account A’s publisher members, could that restore the normal dashboard state for Account B?
6. Has anyone seen a paid developer account stuck in a state where it has no visible publisher and no normal sidebar?
I’m avoiding deleting the developer account because the documentation says a deleted Chrome Web Store developer account email address cannot be reused.
Any guidance would be appreciated.
