About API : chrome.runtime.setUninstallURL

The API "chrome.runtime.setUninstallURL " can set the URL to be visited upon uninstallation.But I have a problem.

I want to do analytics that add the unload time when we uninstall the extension.

The API "chrome.runtime.setUninstallURL" doesn't work when I close the uninstall page which doesn't load successfully.

I have no idea to finish it.Could you tell me how to solve it? Thank you!
