Timeframe "Today" for deleting personal data

The dialog for deleting personal data like history, cache and cookies should also get a timeframe "today" with the current day since 0 AM. 

That would be important for people who use Chromium / Chrome at work and want to delete all personal data of that workday.

The option for deleting the last 24 hours is no alternative for this, if you e.g. were longer at work the day before and only want to delete the current day.
