Hello -

In the recent group policy adm/admx templates the option for "Allows sign in to Google Chrome" has vanished. I can not find a replacement setting in the new Group Policy Templates, and I need to have the ability to block users from logging into Chrome/Profile Manager.

Am I just overlooking a setting inside the new Group Policy Templates or is there just a new setting?

Thanks.

The policy is deprecated but should still be supported.

As documented:

"This policy is deprecated, consider using SyncDisabled instead."

You can also disable individual Google services server-side.

It seems that Google Devs like to remove policies. It seems they have to think about how GPO works.

I had to add an entry for "SigninAllowed" myself cause YOU CANT IGNORE A POLICY YOU HAVE SET IN THE PAST. GPO is a one-way-ticket.

I set these policy to a specific OU about 2 years ago. Now the OU must be able to sync with Google acounts. But they were unable to sign in.. there was no set sign-in policy findable.
