Is CSP report-uri or report-to supported in Chromium?

I am trying to collect content security policy violations via CGI script however its seems that Chromium, Google Chrome and MS Edge ignore the report-uri and I can see no post to the CGI script? I know my CGI works because I can see the post in Firefox and the script behaves as expected.

Is this this not supported anymore?
