Google Chrome Dev Channel .msi?

I have recently found that Google has a .msi file for their stable
build, but I was wondering if anyone knew if there exists one for the
dev build?

Here is the stable build MSI:

Just a guess, add msi=true to the download URL.

Haven't tried if the msi is for dev channel or for the release.
