Chrome uses a lot of streaming cache for media

Hello Everyone,

Chrome currently uses a lot of cache write to disk for streaming media. For SSD's its not good.

There came a flag which has disapperead #turn-off-streaming-media-caching-always.

Can some developer add it back? It will be nice feature.
