Hi guys,

Here is the topic I have created to get help and I have been suggested to submit post here.

Description

I have created a small little project where I am using UIkit - https://getuikit.com/v2/index.html
The project is somewhat personal so I can not reveal details but basically I need to use tabs and switch function with about 10 iframes in 1 page.
I have created a demo at this codepen : https://codepen.io/pl47er/pen/qXzxJa

I have put in dummy data and url to test. It is having the exact issue I am going to report here.
Just export the pen using button in the bottom right corner "Export" and it will allow you to save Zip file.
Extract the file and open the index.html in any browser you want to test.

Issue :
1. Scroll down the page opened in any frame.
2. Switch to different tab.
3. Come to the original tab again where you have scrolled the page down.
4. Use mouse wheel to scroll down the page further - it will jump the content to top of that page in that iframe.

Expectation : It should not scroll to top but scroll down further as normal.

Tested on IE browser, Mozilla Firefox : working fine
Tested on Windows 10 machine with Google Chrome : same issue

Google Chrome Version tested so far are
1. 60.0.3112.113 (Official Build) (64-bit)
2. 61.0.3163.79 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Tested on Windows 7 and Windows 10 with same issue.
Tested other browsers such as Opera, Vivaldi, Maxthon which are Chromium based or -webkit- browser and they are also having same issue.
Only browsers working normal are IE, Edge, Firefox.

And yes, you can switch to any tabs and try to recreate the issue, it will be same problem using Google Chrome.
It will definitely work okay with Internet Explorer though.

I need solution to this issue as I need to publish my tool soon to my team and they should be able to use my tool in Google Chrome.

Any urgent help is much appreciated.
Let me know if any further clarification is required.
