Move Chromium profile location

I use this Chromium portable version. I want to relocate the profile from C:\Users\mr\AppData\Local\Chromium to the separate partition where my Chromium install folder resides.

This thread has what seems like that same advice I received on the Brave website for this purpose

Is it possible to install and put all chrome data to a different location other than C: ?

I created a .bat file

​@echo off

ECHO CHANGING BRAVE PROFILE LOCATION TO N:\BRAVE PORTABLE\BraveSoftware

mklink /j "C:\Users\mr\AppData\Local\Chromium\User Data" "N:\CHROMIUM\User Data"

PAUSE

But it doesn't work.  These are the contents of my Chromium Folder contents

What am I doing wrong?

Sorry, the .bat file actually looks like this

Could someone direct me to somewhere I can get help with this request?
