captureVisibleTab whole page

Hi,

I am the author of the imgur extension:

and I would like to see another argument added to captureVisibleTab
that means the whole page can be captured as opposed to just the
current view.

At the moment I am code-injecting the page and firing back
captureVisibleTab view data, which I compile and send off. This is
pretty cumbersome (and makes the page scroll).
