Dark mode - ignored transparency in iframe

Hello, I wonder is this a bug or feature:
In given scenario:
Main site: has blue background color and an iframe
Iframed site: has transparent background color and <meta name="color-scheme" content="light dark"> metatag.
In light mode the iframe has inherited blue background as expected, but in dark mode iframe has a black background. I've attached a minimal example.
