Bookmark all tabs in Android

Tell me please, is there "Bookmark all tabs" functionality available in Chrome 36 on Android 4.1.2 ?

I'd also like to have this function.  I routinely end up with loads of tabs open for "reading later", but find it difficult/clunky to manage them on a phone or tablet and would prefer to do so from a Chrome synced computer.

By the way, your open tabs should also be synchronized to your desktop Chrome (and vice versa), you do not need to bookmark them in order to synchronize them.

I'm not seeing it working this way, unfortunately, and am signed in to Google on all devices and have checked the sync options - it is set to sync open tabs, however, I do not see an option for controlling this in Chrome for Android.

seems like a such a simple thing.  just not seeing an option to do it.

Please someone in the know reply. The synched open tabs interface on desktop chrome is horrible. Plus it arbitrarily cuts off the number of tabs that should be there to 110 or something. I have more than that open on my phone.
