Build mock server for Chromium login

Hello,
I’m using a locally built Chromium and trying to set up a mock server for the login flow. The mock server is running and serving the expected endpoints, but when I click “Sign in to Chromium”, it never calls /oauth2/v4/token.
I’d like to know if anyone has tried building a mock server for Chromium login before, or if there’s something special required to make Chromium send auth requests to a custom server.
Any help would be appreciated.
