Chrome and Download location in Citrix Environment

Hi,

I have a problem with chrome in a Citrix environment.

My users complain that chrome asks each time or save the downloads. While the option that allows this is not enabled.

I've made the Chrome strategy mandatory, but it doesn't change anything.

As the usersdata are redirected, I strategically passed the directory location to point to a mapped network drive. Which corresponds to the Download folder of the user's redirected folder.

Unfortunately it still doesn't work, we still have Chrome asking us or saving the downloads, but besides, it doesn't really take the mapped drive...

Somebody help me with this problem? Any idea?

My version of Chrome is : 65.0.3325.181

Hello,

we are aware of he problem and working on a solution. Please follow https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=383765 if you wish to know when a resolution is present.

Meanwhile consider updating to a more recent Chrome version as 65 is already significantly behind the current version.
