Chromium on macOS - Can't run latest build

Hello
The latest build of Chromium I am able to run on macOS Ventura 13.5.1 is snapshot 1037170 the next snapshot 1037194 is not able to run. I get the following error message
"You can't open the application Chromium because this application is not supported on this Mac."
I have tried a lot of newer snapshots, its the same for all of them, same error message
I have tested this on two Macs both with M1 chip and I experience the same behaviour on both machines
