Can you create pages within chromium?

Hi, I am wondering if you can create pages within chromium, for example

chrome://glow
ect

Always include what you are trying to accomplish. Your question does not make sense. chrome: is specific to chrome which you don't have the source. Same with edge: and most other chromium based browser that have browser pages.

Why couldn't you just use a file:// path and have a local page that way? I
feel like that's probably better for what you're trying to do? (Though I'm not
_entirely_ clear on what you're trying to do, since there's not much to go off
of in your message.)
