Spotify/Twitch/Any streaming service doesn't work

Self built version of Chromium, gn args:

is_official_build = true

media_use_ffmpeg = true

media_use_libvpx = true

proprietary_codecs = true

ffmpeg_branding = "Chrome"

enable_widevine = true

symbol_level = 0

enable_nacl = false

Using https://html5test.com/ i've found that Chromium doesn't support variable bitrate streaming (MPEG-DASH, HLS), which makes using Spotify and Twitch impossible.

Chromium also doesn't have support for TS (I think this is a container). I haven't found a case where this is an issue yet, but it could be a problem.

I've found that this is because Chromium doesn't support VMP, not sure how to add support for VMP.
