The Chromium project does not distribute binary packages.
The files you linked to are development snapshots intended for development purposes, such as quick regression testing. They are untested, often unstable, and most importantly not compiled with settings that would make them safe enough for regular browsing; for example they have the sandbox disabled. Do not use them!
(And before someone brings that up again, the same warning applies to
http://download-chromium.appspot.com/. That's an unofficial site distributing untested, unsafe development snapshots.)
Instead, you should choose a distributor such as a Linux distribution (make sure they provide up-to-date builds, though, version 23 is currently stable and all older versions may contain unpatched security holes) or Google Chrome (which unfortunately doesn't provide ARM builds AFAIK), or compile your own binaries (but be sure to (1) compile with all the right settings, and (2) stay up to date, and yes that means spending several hours unless you have super beefy hardware).
