Currently there is no way to disable QUIC in a domain environment via Group Policy. The new protocol is currently enabled at random (via field trials) and completely bypasses proxies that only filter TCP/IP. Please could a new policy "DisableQuic" be added? There is already a "DisableSpdy" policy for SDPY for example.
