Small Bug in Dev/Canary 146-147 regarding to Tab Groups in the Vertical Tabs Flag

So whenever you collapse a tab group with the vertical tabs flag on, the New Tab button and a line above it flashes somewhere in the tab bar. I don't think it is a really big problem, but also I think chrome should polish it before releasing it to the stable channel as it might be disturbing to some people.
