for information about project ideas

Hello Chromium Mentors,

Are  any Project ideas released ?? If no then can we get the information about upcoming projects in chromium. I am willing to start pre work on it .

I am trying to understand the code base since 1 month I know this much time is not enough to understand the this large code base but I am able to understand and build my knowledge with chromium. Now I can go to the projects.

Any crbug.com issue that is marked as "available" should be up for grabs by anyone, generally. Some of them are features, not bugs. There are also some "GoodFirstBug" issues that can help you dive into various areas of the code base.

Not sure whether projects are publicly announced or whether companies are formally looking for external help on their roadmap projects (I am sure they would not mind the help, but perhaps not at the cost of "hand-holding" if that happens to be needed).
