Is there are some value or function which can detect playwright or other auto-tool in chromium？

This is what navigator.webdriver is for, generally, I believe. But it depends on what you are trying to do - if you are trying to prevent bad actors from using your site using automated tools, they might be hiding this fact and changing the value of the property anyway.
